Just wow. My family and I stopped here while on vacation in the area and I got the salmon and him the sesame fried chicken. We both loved our meals. The salmon was by far the best cooked I’ve ever had. Just delicious. And I love the atmosphere of the place. Thanks so much!

This is the best restaurant in Jay and it competes well with the nearby Baxter Mountain Tavern, the places in lake placid and the nearby places in Keene. I go often and I have never had a bad meal. The food is reasonably complicated for a little Inn restaurant in the Adirondacks. There are many different menu items and all are good. Variety of chicken sandwiches and burgers, but also good mussels, pasta dishes, fish and chips, etc. Since I go often, I will usually get a special and most recently I had their salmon cake po boy which was great. It's a bit pricey but you get a lot of food for your money. Drink selection is small but strong. Service is friendly and fast. This manages to be a locals place, a special occasion place, and a tourist spot all at the same time. Strong recommend!

Stop by for dinner if you're visiting the area! The food including the specials were absolutely delicious! We were beyond happy with Ice Jam and couldn't get over how great the food was.

Went with my wife for "a light bite". It was a less busy night & didn't have reservations. Went right in. But reservations would be a good idea since it seems pretty popular and is small. Very nice wood work, decor & atmosphere inside. The staff was very, very nice & attentive. I just had soup & a couple glasses of wine & my wife had the raviolies & a couple glasses of wine. Both excellent. But the dessert was awesome. We split a hot molasses ginger snap cookie with caramel drizzled jelato on it in a warm cast iron skillet. If they have it available, get it !!!

Let’s start off this place was very comfortable and cozy. The waitress was great and super fantastic, the waitress explained all specials which we loved. Mushroom ravioli was great 10/10. Chicken sandwich was amazing. Coconut shrimp spring rolls were great and tasty. Mussels were a 10 with the sauce. If you are in lake placid definitely try this spot. A little hidden gem.

Such a nice restaurant! We were given a table on the terrace even though it was a bit cold. Anyway, it was worth the food. Less food options than i expected, but it was great. I had the surf and turf special burger, and god it was very good (although too big). Great food experience after a hike. We arrived late without reservation and had some place, but a reservation might be a good idea.

Such a cute place. The food is delicious, fair prices, the service is friendly. Highly recommend visiting. We had a party of six and were all satisfied with our meals. Construction criticism note: One of us spilled the coffee, and none of the servers didn't help us to clean it up and didn't ask if we wanted a refill for the drink. Other than that, we had no problems.

Great little restaurant run by the inn. Great food and service. We sat outside and it was a little chilly with some bugs around. The fish and chips were amazing especially the waffle fries. Wife’s Crosby, Stills and Nashville was also great. Definitely worth checking out when you’re in the area
